Mini Challenge Monday- Plank!

It’s MONDAY! I challenge YOU to PLANK! On your toes, on your knees, hand or forearms… just do it! Time yourself and get better each day. It’s worth it to build a strong core. Without core strength, your body will not be able to do even the most everyday things.

Place your hands under your shoulders, squeeze your glutes, tighten your core, squeeze your shoulder blades together, and press your heels back. Keep your neck long, back flat, and butt down.
